Compliance starts now, not in 2027

Prohibited AI practices have been enforceable since February 2025 and GPAI obligations since August 2025. High-risk obligations for recruitment AI under Annex III apply from 2 December 2027.

Every organisation using AI in hiring needs technical documentation, audit logging, bias monitoring, and enforced human oversight. The harmonised standards that procurement teams will rely on are not yet finalised — and most cloud-based vendors have not published credible compliance roadmaps.

SafeHire AI was built for compliance from day one. The documentation is ready before the standards are.

Built on the same privacy-first foundation

SafeHire is the first application on our on-premise AI runtime. More products are in development — meeting transcription, document analysis, compliance checking — all running locally, all built for European compliance requirements.
